Is this the optimum landing stance. I would appreciate the forums opinion on this matter.

No his usual optimum landing stance is a few seconds later when he topples over and his hat floats off........... biggrin.gif tongue.gif biggrin.gif

Janet, you didn't did you? Kirton should have put up a warning. something like

At least he got me from a good better angle.

My apologies Janet, the sheep behind us looked a bit taken aback as well.
OT I will post a pic of a fish I have caught when I catch one in normal river circumstances.
