Took my float tube and the new 6'6" split cane 4wt to Haddo today. Fished from 1pm to 7pm with dries or small traditional wets just subsurface.
Total catch in excess of 30 quality trout including 111/2lb and 101/2lb Rainbows and 7lb and 5lb Blues.
The rest all in excess of 2lb apart from a 4oz Tiger
This is without doubt my best afternoons fly fishing anywhere, and at just 15quid for the session without doubt the best value.
